fix eot, svg, ttf and woff extension file content type error after gzip compressing.

Why would it be nil in Mime::Type but not MIME::Types?

Yes, it will get nil if you try to get svg extension from MIME. This reference: https://www.sitepoint.com/web-foundations/mime-types-complete-list/, a list of mime types. There is no svg extension we can find.

I wil fix them if have any problem. Thanks.

So is it and issue with the API we are using (Mime::Type vs Mime::Types)
Or there is an issue in the MIME gem?
