PR only to share the code and testing for upg.
This shows implementation of the case where the mean of the breeding value in the base population is not zero and the first individual in the base population's breeding value is not equal to the mean of their offspring. Here a warning will be printed to the user, referring them to a vignette (in progress), but AlphaPart will still run.
In the test_that file, I added a pedigree with two upgs and tested implementation with one and two traits.
Other actions (including error handling) will be updated in issue #7
