How did this project differ from in-class examples?	This was different from in class examples because it seemed to involve much more conditional formatting.
How was this project similar to in-class examples?	I was able to reference the in class examples for assistance on creating validations and state setting.
If you had time to refactor one part of this project, what would you do to make it better?	I would probably try and figure out how to dynamically generate form fields.
