Description

  • This PR is accompanying fix in robotiq_hande_driver for the RTDE pipeline overflow bug.
  • Bumps pre-commit hook versions.
  • Changes gripper_action_controller monitor rate to 10 Hz.
  • Fixes QoS type in RViz for left RGB camera.
  • Updates aegis.repos with new robotiq_hande_driver version

For this particular PR please do the squash merge.

Motivation and context

  • Minor fixes shouldn't be left behind.

How has this been tested?

  • Manually, on the real robot.
