Stata 17 Docker Image

This is a first release of a Stata 17 Docker image.

Note that right now, building this container requires a tar file of a pre-installed Linux setup.

Stata 16 Docker Image

This uses the last updated binaries and builds a Docker image for Stata 16, as of 2021-04-21. See README for more details.
