1.蓝牙广播间隔又500ms降低至100ms；
2.红外接受方式更变为中断方式；
3.当前红外接收上电即可自动运行，红外指令表在car.py中；
4.接收红外信号的时候增加了屏幕上的标识显示。

*当前蓝牙跟红外一起用时，红外还是卡顿，断开蓝牙即可恢复正常
