Infineon Tricore support for Zephyr

Hi,
https://github.com/linumiz/zephyr/tree/tricore add zephyr/arch/tricore code to support tricore architecture,
and https://github.com/go2sh/zephyr/tree/tricore supoort A2G TC375 Litekit. There is a big difference between the two code about zephyr/arch/tricore.
Now, I work on tc39x board，Can you give some suggestions about zephyr/arch/tricore codes?

I'm (as IFX employee) will upload our internal port with the latest source code under the IFX github organization. You can start from there.
It will take a few days/a week until everything is ready.

TC39x boards are already supported there.
