Add action to toggle all excerpts state (collapsed, expanded).

Description

Recently, #41654 implemented a button that do so, what's left is an action so that it can be bind to a keybinding.

You mean an action that you can use to trigger the expand/collapse when not focused in the project search input? Because while focused on it, you can reach for shift-enter to run the functionality.

Yes.
The context shift when you must focus the project search input, though subtle, is very annoying in a long session. Especially when you have to move your eyes' focus point from the editor to the top of the screen.

shift-enter is bound to project_search::ToggleAllSearchResults (for the specific context). You can bind a key to that action in a wider context which include the search input box (use dev: open key context view). The action is also available in the action palette.

Side-note: it would be nice if this action worked for all kinds of multibuffers. It does not work for eg. find references.
