Do something useful when attempting to publish/git push without a remote

At present, Zed simply does nothing when you attempt to "publish" or, in other words, git push when no git remote is defined.
Of course it's obvious this won't work, but instead of doing zip, Zed could ask the user to provide a remote VCS URL and help the user set it up 🙂
