As discussed here: "[count]go" navigates to the [count]-th byte in a buffer. "go" without a prefix will navigate to the first byte, thereby serving as a replacement for "gg." Some users—such as myself—use this as a more ergonomic substitute for "gg"—I think it would be nice to have this behavior by default. Other inferior vim modes, such as VSCode, support it by default.
I have never contributed to Zed, so I'm unsure how one might go about making this change, but I am more than happy to take it on should it be approved. Thank you for your consideration!
