A «fake» Teams API deployment is mentioned in the documentation. However, the image ikitiki/fake-teams-api:latest is missing, and the link to the repository https://github.com/ikitiki/fake-teams-api returns a 404 error.

Can you provide an example of a «fake» Teams API deployment that works?
