I understand that Issues are used to provide feedback and solve problems, not to complain in the comments section, and will provide more information to help solve the problem.
I have checked the top Issue and searched for existing open issues and closed issues, and found no similar issues.
I have filled out a short and clear title, so that developers can quickly determine the general problem when browsing the Issue list. Not "a suggestion", "stuck", etc.

Description
The folder with the user on the C drive has a name in Russian letters (Cyrillic) and when trying to reset the machine ID, the program simply cannot find the right path. Can you give some advice on how to fix it without changing the user on the computer?

did ur path have workbench.desktop.main.js?? if not please re install
yes it is installed, but not in the path that the program is looking for. It just creates its own folder and tries to find it there instead of going into the right user (due to the fact that it is named in Russian letters)
