Bug Description

Dynamic lighting and shadows are partially implemented, so that they display on character models and static props, but not on basic level geometry like floors, walls, and ceilings. The lighting and shadow effects in question began displaying at all with the merge of #840 in v0.7.11.

Steps to reproduce:
Find any dynamic light in the game; the type of lights that produce silhouette shadows.

Expected Behavior

These effects should also display on floors and walls.

Additional Context

This issue was updated on 5/26/2022 to include the appropriate documentation. The xemu version was consequently also updated, as the issue remains.
