Bug Description

Expected Behavior

Should not be blurry, generate artifacts and be transparent, instead should display a clean greenish filter.

The filter has been fixed and appears black and white though the image is still blurry

I thought this might be worth its own issue given the overall extent of the problem, but it's same game, same cause.
Aside from the night vision, there are a handful of very common gameplay scenarios in Splinter Cell that use depth of field effects that don't display properly. There is also a consistent framerate loss of 30-50% in these scenarios.

When using a keypad or picking a lock, the foreground and background are both blurred, when only the background should be.

When aiming down the scope of the SC-20K, everything in view appears blurry. The correct behavior is a dynamic focus that targets whatever is in the center of the reticle, while bluring other objects at different focal distances.
