Halo: Cortana flickering

Bug Description

In intro sequence, Cortana is not rendered correctly. Issue appears present only on macOS (M1 only?).

Unfortunately the issue is still present using XEMU version 0.7.55 on M1 Mac.
In Halo it's not a big deal, but for example Deus Ex Invisible War is unplayable due to this.

Does this still happen since #2183 was merged in v0.8.65?

If so, is it fixed by the pending #2240 ?
