Retrofit existing sensor APIs

• GeoLocation

Make sure they're polyfillable (boy! I hate that word, curse you, @remy, for ever coming up with it).

Proposed Resolutions: successfully retrofitting existing sensors to use the Generic Sensor API should be used as a criteria to move the latter to REC status.
