Custom element disapeared from lists

Describe the bug

• list or nestedList
• add CMS Action button in it
• change initial state of CMS Action Button

CMS Action button will dissapeared. Only switch to preview and back redraws it again.
Expected: CMS Action button stay visible

This issue is coming from the same source as #131 — if you remove the clear call it will work.

Btw I noticed that params are not saved correctly in the version you sent, while they were working in the one that I sent you the last time.
