Search params in image remote patterns errors un-configured host.
Why?
This issue happens because the relevant matcher checks whether a search exists by comparing URL.search to undefined. URL.search will return an empty string if not defined.
How?
Modifies comparison to check for empty string (
"") as well.Fixes #78076
