【Request】Setting to hide tooltips on taskbar icons

hi. I love using "ExplorerPatcher". Thank you very much.

In my environment, there is a taskbar at the top of the screen. The tooltips on the taskbar icons are annoying.
It cannot be operated because it overlaps with the web browser tab or application menu.

I would like to request that the ability to hide the tooltips on taskbar icons be added.

You may be familiar with "7+ Taskbar Tweaker". This application allows you to hide tooltips.
I think a lot of people would like this feature. I would be happy if "ExplorerPatcher" also had this feature.
Please consider this idea.
