How do I migrate from cloud to self hosted?

I've started self hosting a lot of the service I use. Umami is one of them. I have a lot of data on the cloud (https://eu.umami.is/dashboard) and used the export feature to get a .csv file sized at about 4MB. How do I insert all the data to my self hosted instance?
