Add horizontal scrolling to tab names

What's missing? Please describe your flow and where this feature will help.
Today there's a hard coded limitation of up to 3 tabs because the ui can't handle tabbar overflow. As our server has no limit on the number of tabs, we should make the tab names scrollable using touch gestures and small arrows when there are more tabs

It will probably be easiest to rewrite the tab bar styles & markup so that the entire bar is clickable and solve #124.
