Remove natural=park, natural=forest, and landuse=wood

@pnorman proposes removing these natural_{park,forest,wood} kinds in #1469. But since that would trigger a major version increment we're stashing that for later and closing that PR.

This issue tracks making that change (with verification) at a later date during 2.0 cleanup.

Normally I'd agree with it being a breaking change, but what if it doesn't actually change the contents of the vector-datasource output because it never occurs in the database? This is a bugfix rather than deciding to stop rendering a type of feature.
