Further improvements to the Discovery chapter in provisioning

Following up to #2890, summary of further improvements:

• shorten Creating Discovery rules - 11 steps is a really long procedure!
  Recommendation: turning the steps for the fields (Hosts limit, priority, etc.) into a bullet list.
  You will save a lot of space and it will be much easier for the user to scan the content.

• reorganize Troubleshooting Discovery - how?

• add text descriptions of workflows
