In mobile view, the tags present in various pages have gap issues.

• On the Blog Index page, tags have no vertical spacing by default. The gap only appears after clicking 'Show more tags'. Ensure consistent vertical spacing is applied from the start.

• On the updates page, a similar problem with the "project tags" as described above

• On the updates page, each update also has tags listed within it. In mobile view, these tags are vertically aligned instead of covering the horizontal space. We need to wrap these tags (we can try flex-wrap), so that they utilize the horizontal space properly.
