Jira Integration UDF
This UDF extends the built-in OverOps Jira integration, periodically syncing the status of Jira issues with events in OverOps. Set the Jira issue status corresponding to Resolved and the status corresponding to Hidden to automatically Resolve or Hide events in OverOps. All other events are moved to the Inbox.

Force Snapshot UDF
This UDF periodically calls the batch force snapshot API, enabling more frequent snapshots of events in the view it's attached to. This is not recommended for large volumes of events. Snapshots can be taken in 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minute intervals.
