As a user, I can call tSQLt.Uninstall at any time, so that I can remove all tSQLt objects and other detritus.

Right now, uninstall fails if there is a TestClass with AUTHORIZATION [tSQlt.TestClass].

tSQLt.Uninstall should drop all test classes and have a user-friendly error when it doesn't
