If you go to any channel and open channel points, it will throw an error:

I've been meaning to update the latest twitch types but am yet to, expect it in ~ a month

As stated above, it will take a few weeks. Twitch is depreciating their pubsub in favor of eventsub, so I am trying to get that migrated as well. Yes, you can use it on windows either through docker or by building it for windows.
