Support Nix/NixOS #355
Description
NixOS is somewhat of a unique distribution in that it has an unconventional file system layout (multiple libraries such as libc can co-exist, for example).
There has been some community maintained support Swift in the past. It has stalled on Swift 5.8 for various reasons (each time significant infra change occurs in Swift, it creates challenges for Nix since it can't use the building script from the compiler project directly).
Please consider some level of official support for this Linux distribution.
