Add support for COM3

Modern avionics often have a COM3. Currently, swift only supports COM1/COM2. Also, most simulators do not expose a possible COM3 via its interfaces.

Nevertheless, as a first step, a COM3 could be added to the UI. Currently, I am waiting for a response from the VATSIM core devs if AFV supports COM3 for pilot clients.
