Can we tweak it just a bit? I want something that posts to FB and others with the titie, featured image, and excerpt or full text. Possible?

Thanks for opening the idea. We use the Open Graph meta tags within the page to generate the title and description when clicking on the share button. So, if you are using any SEO plugin, you can customize these meta tags based on your preferences. However, we are not providing an option to use a different title and description for each social media, as the plugin's code will increase drastically as we add more settings pages for each. Moreover, it will affect our easy maintenance in the future as more conditions will require more testing for each release. Being a small team, it's not possible for the moment.
