This PR adds a Model Context Protocol (MCP) client implementation.

  • Added MCP client manager with server connection handling
  • Implemented tool discovery and execution capabilities
  • Created JSON schema validation for tool parameters
  • Added integration with app generation pipeline
  • Included configuration system for multiple MCP servers
  • Added documentation in README
  • Created changeset for proper versioning
