Mock data for organizations and git server

Pre-history
Currently regression tool allows gitcollector to perform discovery and download from github servers, however test results obtained could not be accepted 100% fair in comparison to each other

Possible solution

1. use proxy to pre discover repos before test run so discovery during the test will receive data from proxy that pre-saved required data, for git we can use git server
2. similar way to 1) but using https://github.com/buger/goreplay
