Please release 4.2.3

some time ago I reported #1580 This issue was solved and is ready for 4.2.3.
I have productive problems caused by this issue and I am waiting for version 4.2.3.
Please release 4.2.3, this would be very helpfull for me and my colleagues. Thank you very much!

We have just done a one off release of Spring Cloud Commons
https://github.com/spring-cloud/spring-cloud-commons/releases/tag/v4.2.3

To use this version you will have to specify version4.2.3 in your maven/gradle dependencies instead of relying on the Spring Cloud BOM.
