include nuget information in the readme.md file

There are a lot of splunk packages in nuget now, I'm assuming that the https://www.nuget.org/profiles/devinfo-splunk packages are generated from this code, but there is no way to tell for sure. It would be helpful for the readme to include the name and link to the packages.
