Verify tests fail on Windows

Describe the bug

Running on the tests on a Windows machine fails 4 Verify tests because the snapshots expect paths to contain / not \.

To Reproduce

On a Windows machine:

dotnet tool restore
dotnet cake

Expected behavior

The tests pass.

Presumably something somewhere in the tests should normalize the data before it's passed to Verify.

Looks like it's not just path separators:

Very weird. Haven't run the tests on a Windows machine for quite some time. Can take a look at it tomorrow when I'm at my office.

I'm not at a computer, but I suspect this is what led to #1758.
