Add "Interactive" to Command Object Schema

Given the Command object schema, it would make sense to add an interactive flag. An interactive command is assumed to require direct user interaction during the lifetime of the command. Having a high-level interactive flag would allow users to filter against commands explicitly rather than resorting to a convention of stashing information into the metadata map.

This is nice but do note that some commands have an option like --yes or --force to avoid asking questions. This is very common with CLIs and I assume it may be requested at some point.
