Extension of #4046

We need to extend record merging support for Collection Object records. Theresa demonstrated this capability at SPNHC 2023 DemoCamp and it has not yet been introduced.

Requirements

  1. The user must be able to query and merge two or more Collection Object records without any errors
  2. If there are issues preventing the merge, the user must be notified of this without a crash
  3. Merging Collection Objects work just as it does for other tables that support record merging (Agent, Paleo Context, Locality, etc.)
