Setup clear contract+documentation around production deployments

This is kind of a branching off of this thread: #989

I believe we should document and setup a clear contract for production deployments.

It seems a basic recipe could be this:

1. Run npm ci --omit=dev (or equivalent pnpm/yarn command)
2. npm run build
3. Copy the dist folder into your server (docker or otherwise)
4. Run node dist/server.js. Handle your ports, of course.
5. Serve the static files in dist/public from the root of your web server (i.e. so that foo.com/assets/bar.js hits dist/public/assets/bar.js

Solid also produces a .solid directory when creating a build, and it's unclear what to do with that, if anything, for a production build.
