Setup Eclipse Leda on Jetson Nano (Testing)

After successfully getting Eclipse Leda running in QEmu, the next step is to build (or download if already available) an Eclipse Leda image, which runs on the Jetson nano. The created Eclipse Leda image needs to be installed on the Jetson Nano.

Update:

• Pi Racer OS tested by @km-nerlich and running
• Leda distro moved to SD Card
• Leda started on Raspberry PI and basic commands are running

Further Steps:

• Evaluate further questions with DEV (docs, etc.)

This can be used as a starting point for further investigations. However, as I have understood this work is still WIP and not working as of now.
