Different Users having same name shows in socket.io & node.js

I just follow your code from here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOSIqJWQkXM), but one problem is coming that even i add two different nick names in 2 different tabs, but in chat messages having only one name which i adds in the last? I also post my question here, but not finding solution. any body can help me ?
