Currently if an error "old nonce" is received by SP, it means that the last packet has not been received (accepted) by the other side of communication, and therefore GDP is explicitly requested to resend LSP. In case of more than a single GDP context it is currently hard-if-at-all-possible to figure out last packet of which context has not been delivered. This can be solved if additional data is attached to error "old nonce' packet (say, nonce received with the packet having "old nonce")
