Add tests for config (re-)generation script(s) #8
Description
We regenerate the keyper (and to a lesser extent) the chain config file on every up.
DappNode now also has an independent implementation of this functionality in their package (written in go).
We need to ensure both produce correct and identical output.
Therefore we need to add tests to ensure this.
