Note in Docs for use with capistrano-rvm

if I will make it work with capistrano-rvm (I have rvm on deploy server) i must do append in my
deploy.rb or deploy/(production|staging|ecc).rb this setup:

`append :rvm_map_bins, 'rails' `

I'm the only one that had this problem?
