Vagrantfile refers to 16.04

@whatnickcodes I'm just in the process of building a VMware version of SBP, as I've done in the past (you're welcome to a copy of the finished box if you'd like one?) but I'm just checking that the Vagrantfile here doesn't need to be updated to reflect Ubuntu 17.10?

@Kier you should just be able to update the base bento box version number to 17.10 or even 18.04 and it will all just work. I tested on 18.04 last night with the apache install, going to test nginx tonight.
