[ Fix : 'Delete' button in Image Drawer at '/tutorial/doc-id' is not working ] #1160

Describe the bug
After fixing the Image Drawer by applying changes from files in PR #1158, you will find the 'Delete' button is not working.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Apply the changes from PR [ Fixes #1077 : 'Add Images' button workings and Image Drawer Bug fixed ] #1158 to address the underlying issue.
- Upload Some Images.
- Then try deleting it.
Expected behavior
It should have deleted the image and remove it from imageURLs array.
