smc docker image -- simplify sync / copy of files from/to cloud.sagemath.com

Since running a stand alone smc docker image is very easy it may become more frequent for smc users to run both a local copy of smc and the collaborate with others via the cloud version. Making it easy to copy (and maybe even automatically synching?) files between cloud projects and locally hosted projects could make this more seamless.

Step 1: install some standard sync tools (eg rsync ssh unison?) into the
image by default...
