Student view - Next Page Arrow Broken

When viewing a file with comments, students are not able to go to the next page by clicking the next arrow. Dropping the page list down and selecting the next page works, as well as the back arrow works. Seems like the button is broken. Running the latest version.

We cannot recreate the problem. Which browser are you using? Can you please share some screenshots

Here is a video of the issue, nothing happens when clicking the next arrow. This is in Chrome.
