Timing of publishing Vs. Rust releases #7069

Description

Hi 👋

It looks like TwiR blog posts go out exactly one day before Rust releases, example:

Twir rustc release
Sept. 17th TwiR 618 Sept. 18th rustc 1.90.0
Aug. 6th TwiR 611 Aug. 7th rustc 1.90.0
etc.

This means that readers of the newsletter / RSS feed receive rustc releases notifications one week after the actual release date, while other channels (reddit, fediverse, etc.) publish timely announcements.

I was just curious if the TwiR publishing is set in stone for some reason (totally fair) or could theoretically be pushed 1-day forward and also include rustc releases 🙂

(sorry if I missed a prev. discussion elsewhere)

thanks
