iCub is manipulation ready in Gazebo

Following up #456, we have made an important stride in order to complete the integration of the missing functionalities needed to let iCub manipulate objects in Gazebo ✨

To this end, we have also made available a sandbox you can run in Gitpod ☁ to see live what is shown in the animation below!
