Coordinate system of section properties as YZ

Feature Request

Please consider adding an option to define the coordinate system of the section properties as YZ (y horizontal to left, z vertical up) instead of XY, so that it aligns with structural analysis software such as SCIA Engineer and IDEA StatiCa. This would allow the X-axis to be reserved for the longitudinal direction, which is a common convention in some structural engineering workflows.
